Choke Canyon State Park

Morning at Choke Canyon State Park (Click to see photos full size)

Choke Canyon was a beautiful place to visit with glorious dawn and dusk colors, waterfowl to photograph as well as some birds that were lifers for Ray and I.. I didn’t keep any of my photos of those but we did see Green Jays there and they are absolutely beautiful birds. Here’s one of Ray’s shots.

Anyway we had a wonderful time visiting here. We saw some owls, and also just enjoyed the beautiful landscape. It was a lovely visit. Would happily return, although there are so many other places to visit, it’s hard to visit the same spot twice.
