Bolivar Flats
There were thousands of birds during our visit to Bolivar Flats, which we had heard would be a fantastic place for photography, however we were underwhelmed. It just wasn’t a great place for photography. I think if we were solely birders and not photographers we might’ve really loved it! We did get to see some really epic skies thanks to a pretty intense storm that rolled thru, so we actually ended up with some cool shots, but overall we weren’t very impressed with the area.
