Madeline Island

After exploring Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, we wanted to stay in the area for a while longer to keep exploring Lake Superior. We found a campground on Madeline Island, the largest of the Apostle Islands. We were able to kayak, hike, and bike around the island. An absolutely stunning shoreline with cool caves, gloriously turquoise and blue waters, and just beautiful landscapes. (Click to see photos full size)
