Caddo Lake
After spending about a week in Big Bend, Ray and I continued to head east and landed in Caddo Lake, Louisiana. We decided to stay at a campground at Earl G Williamson Park for $12, which included water and electric, and had shower facilities. It was an ideal place to launch our kayak and be able to paddle straight out from our campsite into the beautiful Cypress Lake environment. Most sunrise and sunsets we had success with at least one bird getting some amazing scenic wildlife shots. In this video we share about our last morning in Big Bend, and our first few outings at Caddo Lake.
