Badlands National Park

After Newfoundland, we started making our way across the US… our first major stop was to Badlands National Park. Our goal was eventually to get to the west coast. Ray had always wanted to visit this park because he knew it had a cool landscape and a chance for some really interesting wildlife as well, like big horn sheep, prairie dogs, and more. So we boondocked just outside of the park, stayed a few nights, and did some awesome hikes and got the chance to photograph some beautiful wildlife!
